Comm pad is made in Shore A Silicone, a flexible and soft material. Colors are pigmented so they won't scratch/wear off.
Item naturally curves to shape of wearer, and doesn't hurt in the pocket like a resin or ABS one can.
While the movie used props were vacuum formed plastic, these silicone prop replicas are much more resilient for your costuming event needs. They're accurate in dimensions and follow CRL Guidelines.
