Made-to-order pair of flexible Silicone Handguards for a Star Wars Stormtrooper costume.
These are required for Level 2 (Elite Infantry) and Level 3 (Centurion) A New Hope Stormtrooper costumes in the 501st.
This type of flexible handguard was used on set of A New Hope, and glued to rubber gloves that the actors wore. This type of hand guard can also be affixed to a leather-like flight glove for comfort in trooping. ESB and ROTJ style stormtroopers used a hard clamshell backing instead.
These are made to order from a handmade mold. The silicone is pigmented white so it does not have paint that will chip or scratch off.
Can also be pigmented Black (Shadowtroopers) or Red (Inferno Troopers)!
Cheese Cloth or Canvas is embedded in the back to make attaching to rubber gloves with glue much easier.
